Returns
We can only accept a return for a full refund if your order is returned within 14 days. All items must be unworn with the tags still attached (inc both the Jupo and the brand tag). Items must be free from any cosmetic contact i.e. makeup stains and perfume scents.
Out of stock items
We do our best to keep all of your favourite pieces fully stocked at all times. If you can't find your size but would still like to order, drop us an email and we will see what we can do!
Size Guides
Being a multi brand stockist, we often find that sizes vary from brand to brand. We have listed each individual brands size guides to help you decide on the perfect size and fit for you. Please look out for 'Fits like' notes on individual product listings. When possible, we will note if a product runs small, big or true to size. For anymore size information please get in touch.
