If your order is urgent and needed quicker please do let us know and we will endeavour to help you with this. Local delivery can usually be delivered same day if required! Please choose the delivery option that suits you best at the checkout page.

 

UK Delivery

Please note - In the current pandemic all delivery times may vary slightly depending on courier. We will do our best to fulfil your order but timescales can not be guaranteed. Over 95% of our orders are landing with customers on time.

Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery - tracked and signed for. Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will be posted the same day for next day delivery. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be posted on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays.) * In the current pandemic this is now an Express Delivery where Royal Mail aim to deliver in 2-3 working days, but it's not guaranteed.

IMPORTS & DUTIES

Please note for any countries outside of the EU, all relevant customs or import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you have queries or concerns about this please do contact us and we can help.

You may wish to check with your respective customs authority what the ‘de minimise’ value is. This is the value which is set by each country and allows you bring in products below a certain value before paying any duties or taxes on them. For example the UAE de minimis value is 1000.00 AED (approx £200).

 

 

Delivery Terms & Conditions

We always try to dispatch your order as quickly as possible for you. Please allow 1 working day for your orders to be packed and dispatched, during sale periods please allow up to 48 hours.

The delivery times displayed on our website are only guidelines and begin from the dispatch date.

  • Jupo Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes or other delivery services we may choose to use. 
  • We do not except liability for items lost or damaged in transit, this is something you must take up directly with the courier.

For all of our international Express orders, we use DHL allowing us to ship almost anywhere across the globe!

You will receive a tracking e-mail with your shipping number and link to the DHL tracking website, with options to sign up to e-mail or text notifications on your order’s process.

 

On Demand Delivery (ODD)

Express customers are provided with an estimated date of delivery within one hour of your order being collected, and you can choose how you wish to receive your delivery, with options including;

  • Reschedule for another day
  • Leave with a neighbour
  • Leave in a safe place
  • Deliver to a Service Point (45,000 locations worldwide)
  • Deliver to an alternate address
  • Hold until you return from vacation
